Tutor's tips
- •Rinse the rice well and drain it fully. Extra surface starch can make the grains gummy and more likely to stick to the pot.
- •Do not stir the chicken into the rice before pressure cooking. Keeping the chicken on top helps the rice cook evenly underneath.
- •If your chicken thighs are very large, cut them in half so they cook through in the same time as the rice.
