Ingredients

  • Mixed mushrooms1 lb
  • White miso2 tbsp
  • Butter4 tbsp
  • Sourdough4 slices
  • Chives2 tbsp

Instructions

    Sear mushrooms in butter until golden, 8 minutes.

    Stir in miso; toss to coat.

    Pile onto toasted sourdough, finish with chives.
