Ingredients

  • Chickpeas2 cans
  • Coconut milk1 can
  • Turmeric2 tsp
  • Garlic4 cloves
  • Kale4 cups

Instructions

    Fry garlic and turmeric in oil until fragrant.

    Add chickpeas; smash lightly.

    Pour in coconut milk; simmer 20 minutes.

    Wilt kale on top.
